Will I qualify for a Texas Property Tax Loan?

Yes, if you are between the ages of 18 and 64, you hold clear title to or control the entity that holds clear title to the property, are not currently involved in bankruptcy, and there is no IRS lien on your property.

Will my property qualify?

All commercial and residential real estate with no IRS tax liens qualifies, including homesteads. However, mobile homes do not qualify.

But what if I have bad credit?

Bad credit is not a problem as long as: you are not in bankruptcy; you do not have a pending IRS lien; and you show an ability to afford the payments.

What will happen to my property tax lien?

The taxing authority will assign their lien to us.

Are there any fees I will need to pay up front?

There is no application fee for one of our Texas property tax loans. However if you are approved and the loan is funded, closing costs will be assessed to cover our costs including fees for a title search and recording fees. Our closing costs are among the lowest in the industry.

How long will my loan term be?

That depends on you. You can choose between our 3 and 5 year loan terms or, if you need to, discuss other options with us.

Is there a prepay penalty?

No. There is no penalty for paying your loan in full early.

Do you make interest only loans?

Yes. If you need lower monthly payments, you can pay just interest until you can afford to pay off the full loan or until your term is up.
